Quick! Before it gets away!

and I went to Oni-Con X 2013! And we carried that chicken around with us wherever we went.

I noticed that there were a LOT of Link cosplayers this year. I don't think I've ever seen so many Links at one convention before! There were also a lot of Umbreons! Makes me feel better that I didn't get to finish my Umbreon cosplay.

This costume ended up being a pain in the neck. I made it in about a day and a half, but I was working on other things at the time too so I'm not sure how long I spent on Link specifically. Not my best work, but it held together. I was having some problems with my sewing machine so I half expected the seams to come undone.

I never got around to the boot covers because I ran out of time, so Uggs it was.

I borrowed the wig from the best cosplay partner in the world Mazziechan! Mazzie doesn't like other people wearing her wigs but seeing as we both didn't want to buy new wigs she borrowed mine and I borrowed hers. Thank you my kind hearted friend!

Mazzie left her shirt at home but she took her Toon Link cosplay just in case so she wore her green shirt. The uggs are from Walmart, and the wigs are styled by Mazzie. All the props are also made by Mazzie! She is selling swords like the one I have, and in different colors too! You can even request a color! I would also like to say how awesome it was working with Cannon John Photography! He is an amazing photographer and a great guy! And I'm a really hard person to photograph, especially in the sun! My eyes are so sensitive to light... I also stink a posing...
